Where's my order?

We usually dispatch your orders 2-3 business days after your order is placed. Please note that we do not ship our orders during the weekends. All items are delivered by Sendle or Australia Post. You will be able to track your parcel once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that if you ordered a pre-order item as well as stocked items in your order, it will be posted together once the pre-order items are back in stock. Please make a seperate order if you want your order to be shipped seperately.

Please allow a few extra days for your pacakge to arrive due to COVID-19.

What payment options do we accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Afterpay, and more.

Are your products produced ethically?

Yes! Luceat Jewellery is committed to this policy and conducts business in an ethical, legal and socially responsible manner. This commitment extends to suppliers and other associated external resources with which we chose to do business.

We purchase goods and services to the highest standards of ethical and environmental trade practices to include the provision of safe working conditions and the protection of workers across our supply chain.

What materials are your jewellery made of?

All materials used for each piece are listed under each product description. 

Please note everyone's skin produces natural oils which can react differently to certain metals and plating. We are not responsible for any reaction you may have to our products.

Do you ship worldwide?

We sure do! Please visit our Shipping page for more info. 

What if i put in the wrong address?

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not already shipped, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address.

We cannot guarantee that your address will be changed to the correct address in time. We will try to do everything we can to help assist.

What are Luceat Jewellery's business hours?

Luceat Jewellery is available to shop online 24/7! Our regular business hours for shipping and customer service are: Monday - Friday 10am-6pm AEST. We are closed on all major Australian public holidays.
